2tails films is a production company started in 2005 with the intention of developing compelling and distinctive stories into films.

Initially, as name and logo may suggest, the company grew from the meeting of two people (both with Scorpio as their star sign) with their stories to tell (hence the tail/tale double meaning).'

Since then it has evolved in collaboration with more people who joined and got involved.

Our first project was The Last Stop, a 7 minutes short film that was shown at Cannes Short Film Corner 2006, Portobello Film Festival 2006 and Deptford Art and Design Festival 2007.

In 2010, we shot our second short, Perceptions of a Portrait, starring Marco Foschi, an up-and-coming Italian actor. The film was shown at Cannes Short Film Corner 2010 and at the Portobello Film Festival 2010 

We are currently working on two feature films scripts, Fame di Sonno, based on Vincenso Saldì's short story and a project based on the short Perceptions of a Portrait, which we aim to turn into a full feature film.
